Terms & Conditions: Promotion applicable to kids and teens aged 0-17 years old. Single parents may take advantage of the Kids and Teens Stay Free promotion. Single Parent Policy does not apply. Single rate must be paid in order for promotion to be valid. One paying adult must be in the same room in order to receive the kids' and teens' stay free promotion. The last day of check out must be by December 21, 2026. The "kids and teens stay free" promotion is not applicable for stays at Moon Palace The Grand - Cancun from December 24 - January 1 of every year. A minimum stay of one (1) night is required for the "kids and teens stay free" promotion throughout the year, except for the following dates: a minimum 2-night stay is required at Moon Palace Cancun on February 2, 2025. A minimum 3-night stay is required at Moon Palace Cancun and Moon Palace Jamaica on the following dates: February 13 - 19, 2025 and February 12-18, 2026; April 13 - 19, 2025 and March 29- April 4, 2026; November 22 - 28, 2025 and November 21-27, 2026. A minimum 3-night stay is required at Moon Palace The Grand-Cancun on the following dates: February 13 - 19, 2025 and February 12-18, 2026; April 13 - 19, 2025 and March 29- April 4, 2026; September 14-16, 2025; November 22 - 28, 2025 and November 21-27, 2026. A minimum 4-night stay is required at Moon Palace Cancun and Moon Palace Jamaica between December 24 - 31, 2025 & 2026. This promotion is not applicable to Presidential Suites in any of our properties. Promotion is not applicable to rooms for adults only. Maximum occupancy per room category applies. Promotion is based on arrival date. Children's ages must be reported in the reservation and proof of age will be required upon check-in. If the child is 18 years old or above at the time of check-in, the difference will be charged directly to the guest at that moment. Promotion is subject to change without prior notice.
