Terms and Conditions:

• Loyalty Match is not recognized for Preview, Classic, Pre-Gold and Gold Tiers.
• Elite Plus, Zenith, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle cannot be reached via Loyalty Match.
• Points are only earned for the brand sailed on.
• All points earned will be reflected after you’ve completed your sailing.  

Reciprocity Between Brands

Equivalent recognition is one of the benefits of being a Captain’s Club and Crown & Anchor Society loyalty member. It offers loyalty members the opportunity to receive recognition and similar Celebrity benefits with matching tier status–both pre-cruise and onboard–when sailing with either brand. Members of one loyalty program must enroll in the other’s loyalty program in order to receive equivalent recognition benefits.

Points earned on Royal Caribbean are earned only for the Crown & Anchor Society loyalty program. Points earned on Celebrity are earned only for the Captain’s Club loyalty program. Points of each loyalty program cannot be added together. Points are calculated using the applicable brand's program level accrual system.

The following program levels are equivalent for loyalty program recognition purposes:

Points on Celebrity and Azamara are currently earned cumulatively in both loyalty programs. Azamara was sold by the Royal Caribbean Group to Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm, on March 19, 2021. Celebrity Captain’s Club members and Azamara Circle members will keep their existing points to date and maintain their status with Celebrity Cruises and Azamara. For the time being, points will continue to be earned cumulatively in both programs. We will announce when this benefit will be discontinued in the future.
